SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed on www.foldultra.com, it goes through the following process:

  • Order confirmation

  • Product quality check

  • Secure packaging

  • Dispatch to our delivery partner

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time.


2. DELIVERY PROCESS

After dispatch:

  • Your order is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners

  • Delivery will be attempted at the shipping address provided during checkout

  • If any delivery issue arises, the courier partner may contact you directly using the provided phone number

Please ensure your contact details are accurate and reachable to avoid delivery delays.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Delivery destination

  • Courier network availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes or sale periods

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur.


4. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship across India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID / AWB number

  • Courier partner details

  • Shipment tracking updates (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable)

Tracking may become active within 24 hours after dispatch.


6. PACKAGING

We take care to ensure all orders are packed safely and securely.

Our packaging standards include:

  • Protective mailers or secure boxes

  • Proper wrapping to minimize transit damage

  • Additional protection for delicate or premium items

We aim to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition.


7. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional ₹100 COD handling fee

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected serviceable pin codes only.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on courier serviceability and order value

  • A ₹100 COD fee applies to all COD orders

  • This COD fee is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, return, or failed delivery (where applicable)


9. DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • High shipment volumes

  • Operational disruptions

  • Remote or low-serviceability delivery locations

While we are not responsible for courier-side delays once the order is dispatched, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.


10. WRONG ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

This includes:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid phone number

  • Correct pin code

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
