EASY RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

 

1. OUR PROMISE – EASY RETURNS

At www.foldultra.com, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return, replacement, and refund process subject to the terms below.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a fitting issue

  • The request is raised within 72 hours of delivery

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all original accessories (if any)


3. EASY RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or replacement request:

Please share the following:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear product images

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, defective, or wrong product claims)

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and respond within 24–48 business hours.


4. REPLACEMENT & REFUND

Replacement

If your claim is verified and approved, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refund

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will only be processed after the claim is reviewed and approved.


5. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect phone model selected by the customer while placing the order

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer (such as name, text, or design)

  • Minor color or finish variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences

  • Return request raised after 72 hours of delivery

  • Product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery


6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed, packed, or dispatched.

7. SHIPPING & REVERSE PICKUP

For eligible return or replacement cases:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address, where service is available

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to us

  • In such cases, return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team

If approved, reasonable return shipping charges for eligible claims may be reimbursed at our discretion.


8. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.


9. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Claims without proper proof (images/video) may not be accepted

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective item claims

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence

  • Final approval of return, replacement, or refund requests remains at the sole discretion of www.foldultra.com
