1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

At www.foldultra.com, we offer the following payment options for a convenient and secure checkout experience.

A. Prepaid Payments

You can pay securely using:

  • UPI

  • Wallets (where available)

All prepaid transactions are processed through trusted and secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or similar providers.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order confirmation

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

Please note:

  • A ₹100 additional charge is applicable on all COD orders

  • This COD handling fee is non-refundable

  • COD availability may vary depending on your delivery location and order value


2. PAYMENT SECURITY

We take payment security seriously.

  • We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials

  • All payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted third-party payment gateways

  • Your payment information is handled directly by the payment gateway provider under their security standards and compliance protocols

This helps ensure your payment data remains safe and protected.


3. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

In some cases, a payment may be deducted but the order may not be confirmed immediately due to technical issues.

This may happen because of:

  • Payment gateway timeout

  • Bank processing delay

  • Network interruption

  • Technical error during checkout

If your payment is deducted but no order confirmation is received:

  • Please wait for a short period and check your email/SMS for confirmation

  • If the order is not created, the deducted amount is usually automatically reversed by the payment gateway or your bank


4. REFUND TIMELINE

Failed Transaction Refunds

Refunds for failed, cancelled, or incomplete transactions are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Successful Order Refunds

Refunds approved for cancelled, returned, or unavailable orders are also generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on:

  • Your bank

  • Card issuer

  • UPI app

  • Payment provider
