ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order.

After this period, your order may already be processed, packed, or dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to order status at the time of review.


2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Please include the following details in your cancellation request:

  • Order number

  • Registered name

  • Reason for cancellation

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the current order status.


3. REORDERING AFTER CANCELLATION

If your order is cancelled and you wish to place a new order, you may do so at any time.

Please note:

  • The new order will be treated as a fresh order

  • Product availability may change

  • Prices, offers, and delivery timelines may vary at the time of reordering


4. REFUND POLICY (FOR PREPAID ORDERS)

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after cancellation approval

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your:

  • Bank

  • Card issuer

  • UPI provider

  • Payment gateway


5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in the following situations:

  • Fake, incomplete, or unverifiable address

  • Customer unavailable for order confirmation

  • Call not answered for verification (if applicable)

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

  • Product unavailable or out of stock

  • Repeated failed COD orders by the customer


6. COD DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

For operational and courier limitations, COD orders may not be delivered to certain public or restricted locations, including but not limited to:

  • Banks

  • Shopping malls

  • Food courts

  • Bus stands

  • Airports

  • Hospitals

  • Religious places (including temples)

  • Railway stations

COD delivery is available only to valid residential or commercial addresses, subject to courier serviceability.


7. NON-SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

Cash on Delivery may not be available in certain locations, including but not limited to:

  • Parts of North East India

  • Andaman & Nicobar Islands

  • Leh / Ladakh region

  • Remote or low-serviceability areas

Prepaid orders may still be accepted in some of these locations, subject to courier availability.


8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Cancellation requests made after the allowed cancellation window may not be accepted

  • Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is confirmed

  • Refunds are processed only after cancellation approval
