1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes across India.
Please note that a ₹100 additional COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For COD orders, an additional ₹100 COD fee is applicable.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be processed or packed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

6. Can I return or replace my order?

Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

Claims without proper proof may not be approved.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The amount may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank, UPI app, or payment provider.
10. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at foldultracases@gmail.com if you entered the wrong shipping address.
Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
FoldUltra is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details entered by the customer.
11. Do your products come with warranty?
Yes, eligible products come with a 7-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
12. Do you ship outside India?
No, we currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
